Food hygiene ratings handed to two Islington restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Islington’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Islington’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Koutoukaki Souvlaki, at Basement And Ground Floor, 292 Holloway Road, Islington was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 26.

And Cafe Par, at 115 St John Street, Islington, London was given a score of zero on January 26.

It means that of Islington's 885 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 384 (43%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
