New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to three of Islington’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

• Rated 4: Coffee to Cocktails at Basement And Ground Floor Right, 74 Upper Street, London; rated on January 9

• Rated 3: Kennedy's at Ground Floor, 184-186 Goswell Road, London; rated on January 9

• Rated 2: Berber & Q Shawarma Bar at Basement And Ground, 46 Exmouth Market, London; rated on January 9

It means that of Islington's 952 similar establishments with ratings, 462 (49%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
