New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Islington’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Light Project Pro International LPI, at The Exchange, Watkinson Road, London was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 13.

And Myddleton's Deli, at 25 Lloyd Baker Street, London, Wc1x 9at was given a score of two on December 13.

It means that of Islington's 951 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 460 (48%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
