New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Islington’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Hayward Adventure Playground, at 15 Market Road, Islington, London was handed a two-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 10.

And Kukz Chicken, at Shop, 293 Caledonian Road, Islington was given a score of one on March 10.

It means that of Islington's 970 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 447 (46%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
