Food hygiene ratings given to two Islington restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Islington’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Islington’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Bella Cafe and Restaurant, at Shop, 169 Hornsey Road, Islington was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 24.

And Sitara, at Commercial, 784 Holloway Road, Islington was given a score of two on November 24.

It means that of Islington's 969 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 434 (45%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
