Road closures: two for Hounslow drivers this week

Drivers in and around Hounslow will have two National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And one of them is expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:

M4, from 10.30pm July 31 to 5am August 1, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 2, entry slip road closure for urgent sign works, diversion Via TFL roads.

And one more closure will begin over the next seven days:

M4, from 11pm August 12 to 6am August 13, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 2 to junction 3, Lane closures for joint replacement works.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
