Road closures: two for Hounslow drivers over the next fortnight

Drivers in and around Hounslow will have two National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And they are both are expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing holdups of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures are due to start over the next two weeks:

• M4, from 10pm December 4 to 5am December 5, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction 3 to junction 4, slip road closure for barrier repairs.

• M4, from 10pm December 11 to 5am December 19, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction 4 to junction 3, Lane, carriageway and entry slip road for safety fence barrier works, diversion via A4 to junction 2.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
