Road closures: three for Hounslow drivers this week

Drivers in and around Hounslow will have three National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

Drivers in and around Hounslow will have three National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

But the news isn't too bad, with all of them only expected to cause slight delays, of under 10 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that three closures are due to start this week:

M4, from 10pm July 18 to 5.30am July 19, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 2 to junction 3, Lane closures for M4 smart motorway works.

A30, from 9.30am July 25 to 4pm July 29, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 westbound, from TFL boundary to Crooket Billet roundabout, Lane closure for drainage works.

A30, from 9.30am July 25 to 4pm July 29, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 eastbound, Crooket Billet roundabout to TFL boundary, Lane closure for drainage works.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
