Road closures: five for Hounslow drivers this week

Drivers in and around Hounslow will have five National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And one of them is expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that five closures are due to start this week:

• M4, from 10pm March 14 to 5am March 16, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 2 to junction 3, Lane closures for CAT1 barrier repair works.

• A30, from 10pm March 14 to 5am March 15, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 eastbound, Town Lane to TFL boundary, Lane closure for electrical works.

• A30, from 10pm March 15 to 5am March 16, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 southbound, junction A315 to junction B378, Lane closure for CAT 1 RTMC electrical works.

• A30, from 10pm March 22 to 5am March 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 westbound, TFL boundary to Ox bow layby, Lane closure for electrical works.

• M4, from 11pm March 24 to 5am March 27, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction 2 to junction 1, Weekend carriageway closure and entry slip road closure for TFL structure works, diversion via TFL roads.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
