Charcoal Chicken, a takeaway at 92-94 Staines Road, Hounslow was given the score after assessment on February 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hounslow's 206 takeaways with ratings, 126 (61%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
