Bombay Bowl Ltd, a takeaway at Duke Of Cambridge House, 1-3 Kingsley Road, Hounslow was given the score after assessment on August 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hounslow's 195 takeaways with ratings, 109 (56%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
