Phoenix, a takeaway at 3 Spring Corner, High Street, Feltham was given the score after assessment on August 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hounslow's 197 takeaways with ratings, 110 (56%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
