Hounslow's motorists will have six road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

Hounslow's motorists will have six road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And four of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing waits of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that four closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:

M4, from 10pm April 11 to 5am April 13, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 westbound, Heston Services to junction 3, Lane closures for structures inspection works.

M4, from 10pm April 11 to 5am April 15, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 1 to junction Heston Services, carriageway, lane and entry slip road closures for barrier repair works, diversion via A4 and back on at, junction 3.

M4, from 10pm April 13 to 5.30am April 15, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction 3 to junction 2, Lane closures, carriageway closure and entry slip road closures for drainage works, diversion via TFL roads.

M4, from 10pm April 13 to 6am April 15, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction 2, entry slip road closure for survey works, diversion via Local authority roads.

And a further two closures will begin over the next seven days:

M4, from 10pm April 19 to 5am April 29, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 1 to junction Heston Services, carriageway, lane and entry slip road closures for barrier repair works, diversion via A4 and back on at, junction 3.

A30, from 9.30am April 24 to 4pm April 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 southbound, boundary to Crooked Billet roundabout, Layby and lane closures for footway reconstruction works.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
