Cozzy Lounge, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 368 Staines Road, Hounslow was given the score after assessment on October 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hounslow's 428 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 274 (64%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
