Hounslow Lahori Karahi, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Station Parade, 25-29 Hounslow Road, Feltham was given the score after assessment on August 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hounslow's 471 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 288 (61%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
