Twickenham Spice, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 225 Twickenham Road, Isleworth was given the score after assessment on July 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hounslow's 201 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 159 (79%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
