Sweet Affairs, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 334 Bath Road, Hounslow was given the score after assessment on August 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hounslow's 451 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 285 (63%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
