Drivers in and around Hillingdon will have seven National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

Drivers in and around Hillingdon will have seven National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And two of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing holdups of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that seven closures are due to start over the next two weeks:

M4, from 10pm November 27 to 5.30am December 2, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction 4B to junction 4, Lane closures for bridge joint works.

M4, from 10pm November 27 to 5.30am December 2, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 3 to junction 4b, Lane closures for bridge joint works.

M25, from 10pm December 4 to 5.30am December 5, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction 5 to junction 4b, Lane closure and link road closures for joint investigation works, diversion via National Highways roads.

M4, from 10pm December 4 to 5am December 9, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 3 to junction 4, Lane closures for Sign Installation.

M4, from 10pm December 5 to 5.30am December 7, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 3 to junction 4B, Lane closure and entry slip road closure for bridge joint works, diversion via National Highways roads.

M25, from 10pm December 5 to 5am December 6, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 15 to junction 17, Lane closure for repair of signal.

M4, from 8pm December 8 to 6am December 12, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 both directions, junction 5, slip road and lane closures for inspection work.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
