Drivers in and around Hillingdon will have eight National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

Drivers in and around Hillingdon will have eight National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And three of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing holdups of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that eight closures are due to start over the next two weeks:

A312, from 10pm July 24 to 5am August 1, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction 4, exit slip road and lane closures for CAT1 barrier repair works, diversion via, junction 3 and return.

A312, from 10pm July 24 to 6am July 29, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction 4 to junction 3, Lane closures for installation of signs.

M25, from 10pm July 25 to 5.30am July 26, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 3 to junction 4b, Lane closures for drainage works.

M4, from 10pm July 31 to 5.30am August 5, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction 4 to junction 3, Lane closure for boundary fence repairs.

M4, from 10pm July 31 to 5am August 2, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 3 to junction 4, Lane closure for Sign Installation.

M4, from 10pm August 2 to 5.30am August 5, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 3 to junction 4, Lane and exit slip road closure for loop cutting works, diversion via M4, junction 5 and back.

M25, from 10pm August 5 to 5.30am August 6, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 4B to junction 5, carriageway closure and link road closures for M4 SMP works, diversion via National Highways and TFL roads.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
