Dreams Pizza and Chicken, a takeaway at 6 Halls Terrace, Uxbridge Road, Uxbridge was given the score after assessment on August 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hillingdon's 246 takeaways with ratings, 131 (53%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
