Hong Kong Kitchen, a takeaway at 112 Cowley Road, Uxbridge was given the score after assessment on April 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hillingdon's 251 takeaways with ratings, 134 (53%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
