Hillingdon road closures: six for motorists to avoid this week

And one of them is expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:

M25, from 10pm October 29 to 5am October 31, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 14 to junction 15, Lane closures for drainage defects works.

M25, from 12.02am June 1 2022 to 11.59pm June 1 2023, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 15, Hard shoulder closure for CAT 1 embankment erosion.

And a further four closures will begin over the next seven days:

A40, from 9pm October 31 to 6am November 1, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M40 southbound, junction 1a to junction 1, Lane closures for maintenance works.

M4, from 10pm October 31 to 5am November 6, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 eastbound and westbound, junction 4, Lane closures for asset inspections.

A312, from 10pm November 10 to 5am November 11, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 eastbound and westbound, junction 3, Lane closures for electrical works.

M4, from 10pm November 14 to 5am November 18, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 eastbound and westbound, junction 4, Lane closures for asset inspections.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
