Hillingdon's motorists will have five road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

Hillingdon's motorists will have five road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And one of them is expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that five closures are due to start over the next two weeks:

M4, from 10pm October 9 to 5am October 11, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction junction 3, Lane closures for vegetation clearance, diversion via, junction 4 and return.

M4, from 10pm October 10 to 5am October 13, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 westbound, junction 3 to junction 4, Lane closure for Sign Installation works.

M25, from 10pm October 11 to 6am October 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction 5 to junction 4, Lane closures for vegetation clearance works.

M4, from 10pm October 16 to 5am October 17, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction 4, Lane closures for vegetation works.

M25, from 10pm October 17 to 5am October 18, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M4 eastbound, junction 5 to junction 4, Lane closures for vegetation works.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
