Zayani Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 395 Sipson Road, Sipson was given the minimum score after assessment on September 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hillingdon's 535 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 361 (67%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
