Zeenat, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 83 Ryefield Parade, Joel Street, Northwood was given the score after assessment on October 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hillingdon's 537 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 364 (68%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
