Vito's, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 151 High Street, Ruislip was given the score after assessment on July 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hillingdon's 535 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 366 (68%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
