Red Onion Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 95 High Street, Ruislip was given the maximum score after assessment on October 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hillingdon's 535 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 362 (68%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
