Bina Tandoori, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 110 High Street, Northwood was given the maximum score after assessment on May 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hillingdon's 530 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 366 (69%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
