New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Hillingdon’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Kookoobutkind Cafe, at 378 Long Lane, Hillingdon was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on September 1.

And Chez Melissa, at 7 High Street, Uxbridge was given a score of three on July 27.

It means that of Hillingdon's 535 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 356 (67%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
