New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Hillingdon’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s bad news for them both.

Harlington Tandoori, at 316-318 High Street, Harlington was handed a zero-out-of-five rating after assessment on September 28.

And Love Desserts, at 11 Botwell Lane, Hayes was also given a score of zero on September 28.

It means that of Hillingdon's 532 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 339 (64%) have ratings of five and just seven have zero ratings.
