And two of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing holdups of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that three closures are due to start this week:

M25, from 10pm October 24 to 5am October 29, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 27 to junction 28, Dedicated exit slip road closure for scheme works, diversion via TFL roads.

M25, from 10pm October 31 to 5am November 5, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 27 to junction 28, Dedicated exit slip road closure for scheme works, diversion via TFL roads.

M25, from 10pm November 1 to 5am November 5, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 27 to junction 28, Lane one and two closure, M25 clockwise, junction 28 exit slip road lane two closure for Scheme works.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
