Road closures: six for Havering drivers this week

Drivers in and around Havering will have six National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

Drivers in and around Havering will have six National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And two of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:

A1023, from 10pm December 5 to 6am December 17, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 28, Lane closure for street lighting works.

And a further five closures will begin over the next seven days:

M25, from 10pm December 12 to 5am December 13, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 29 to junction 30, Lane closure for repair of signal.

M25, from 10pm December 13 to 5am December 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anticlockwise, junction 30 to junction 29, Lane closure for electrical works.

M25, from 10pm December 15 to 5am December 16, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 28, slip road lane closure for CAT1 electrical repairs, diversion via National highways.

M25, from 10pm December 15 to 5am December 16, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 27 to junction 28, Lane closure for CAT1 electrical repair.

A13, from 10pm December 19 to 5.30am December 20, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 30, entry slip road and lane closures for drainage works, diversion via local authority.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
