Road closures: seven for Havering drivers this week

Drivers in and around Havering will have seven National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And two of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing holdups of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that seven closures are due to start this week:

• M25, from 10pm March 21 to 5am March 22, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anticlockwise, junction 29 to junction 27, slip road and lane closures for CAT 1 works, diversion via National highways network.

• A13, from 10pm March 22 to 5am March 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A13 westbound, junction A1012 to M25, junction 30, Lane closure for Cat one works.

• M25, from 10pm March 22 to 5am March 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 29 to junction 30, Lane closures with switching for structures inspections.

• M25, from 10pm March 22 to 5am March 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 30 to junction 29, Lane closures with switching for structures inspections.

• M25, from 10pm March 24 to 6am March 26, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 28, carriageway closure between the exit and entry slip roads and entry slip road Lane closure for resurfacing works, diversion via National Highways network.

• A12, from 10pm March 28 to 5am March 30, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 29 to junction 28, Lane closures and exit slip roads and roundabout lane closures for RTMC Cat one works.

• A12, from 10pm April 4 to 5am April 6, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 28, exit slip road and roundabout Lane closure for other area works.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
