Road closures: four for Havering drivers over the next fortnight

Drivers in and around Havering will have four National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

Drivers in and around Havering will have four National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And one of them is expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing a wait of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:

M25, from 5am September 29 2023 to 5am June 29 2024, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 28 to junction 27, lane and slip road closure for consrtuction of new slip road, diversion via National Highways roads.

And a further three closures will begin over the next two weeks:

M25, from 10pm October 21 to 5.30am October 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 29 to junction 30, Lane closures for resurfacing works.

M25, from 10pm October 23 to 5.30am October 26, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 29 to junction 30, Lane closures for resurfacing works.

M25, from 10pm October 29 to 5am October 30, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 30 to junction 29, lane closure for PVMS removal/installation.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
