Road closures: four for Havering drivers over the next fortnight

Drivers in and around Havering will have four National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

Drivers in and around Havering will have four National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And three of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing waits of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that four closures are due to start over the next two weeks:

A13, from 10pm July 3 to 6am July 8, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 Anticlockwise, junction 30 to junction 29, carriageway closure for resurfacing works, diversion via local authority roads.

A13, from 10pm July 3 to 5am July 4, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A13 westbound, junction A1089 to M25, junction 30, Lane and slip road closures for CAT1 safety fence repair, diversion Via National Highways roads.

M25, from 10pm July 3 to 5.30am July 4, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 28 to junction 27, Lanes closure for scheme works.

A127, from 10pm July 17 to 5.30am July 22, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 29 to junction 30,,carriageway closure for resurfacing works, diversion via Local Authorities and National Highways roads.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
