Road closures: almost a dozen for Havering drivers this week

Drivers in and around Havering will have 10 National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And three of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing holdups of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that 10 closures are due to start this week:

• M25, from 10pm February 13 to 5am February 14, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 29, carriageway and lane closure for inspections, diversion via National highways network.

• A13, from 10pm February 13 to 5am February 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 30 to junction 31, slip road and lane closure, diversion via National Highways network.

• A12, from 10pm February 13 to 5.30am March 1, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anticlockwise, junction 28, Lane closure for lighting works.

• A282, from 11pm February 14 to 5am February 18, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A282 northbound to M25 Anticlockwise, junction 30, Lane closures for electrical works.

• M25, from 11pm February 17 to 5am February 18, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 28 to junction 29, Lane closure for drainage inspections.

• M25, from 11pm February 17 to 5am February 18, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anticlockwise, junction 29 to junction 28, Lane closure for drainage inspections.

• M25, from 10pm February 20 to 5am February 21, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anticlockwise, junction 29, carriageway and lane closure for inspections, diversion via National highways network.

• A13, from 10pm February 21 to 5.30am March 3, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A13 clockwise, junction MarDyke roundabout, Lane one closure for Parapet works.

• M25, from 5am February 23 to 5am February 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 30 to junction 29, Lane closures for repair of message sign.

• M25, from 10pm February 27 to 5am February 28, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 28, slip road and lane closure for cyclical maintenance, diversions via National highways network.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
