Slm Food and Beverage Harrow Lodge, a takeaway at Hornchurch Road, Hornchurch was given the score after assessment on February 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Havering's 183 takeaways with ratings, 87 (48%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
