Rush Green Balti, a takeaway at 166 Rush Green Road, Romford was given the score after assessment on August 22, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Havering's 173 takeaways with ratings, 78 (45%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
