Havering road closures: two for motorists to avoid this week

Havering's motorists will have two road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And one of them is expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures are due to start this week:

• A13, from 10pm May 26 to 5am May 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A13 westbound, junction A126 to junction A1306, Lane closures for electrical works.

• A13, from 11pm May 27 to 5am May 29, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 30, Lane closures and entry slip road closure for CAT1 parapet repairs, diversion via National Highways network and Local authority roads.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
