Havering road closures: two for motorists to avoid over the next fortnight

Havering's motorists will have two road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And they are both are expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures are due to start over the next two weeks:

• A127, from 10pm July 17 to 5.30am July 22, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 29 to junction 30,,carriageway closure for resurfacing works, diversion via Local Authorities and National Highways roads.

• A13, from 10pm July 22 to 6am July 23, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A13 westbound, junction MArDyke to junction 30, Lane and carriageway closure for joint inspections, diversion via Local Authorities roads.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
