Havering road closures: six for motorists to avoid this week

Havering's motorists will have six road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

Havering's motorists will have six road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And two of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:

A12, from 11pm July 22 to 5am July 26, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 28, exit slip road and roundabout lane closure for other area works.

A127, from 10pm July 18 to 5.30am August 8, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 29 to junction 30, carriageway and entry slip road closures and Roundabout lane closure for resurfacing works, diversion via Local authority network.

And a further four closures will begin over the next seven days:

M25, from 10pm July 27 to 5am July 28, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 30 to junction 29, carriageway closure between the exit and entry slip for CAT 1 loop repairs, diversion via National Highways roads.

A13, from 10pm August 2 to 5am August 3, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A13 westbound, junction 30, M25 to junction Wennington, Lane closure for drainage inspections.

A13, from 10pm August 2 to 5am August 3, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A13 eastbound, junction Wennington to junction 30, M25, Lane closures for drainage inspections.

A13, from 10pm August 3 to 5am August 4, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A13 eastbound, junction M25 to junction A1012, Lane closure for drainage inspections.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
