Havering road closures: seven for motorists to avoid this week

Havering's motorists will have seven road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

Havering's motorists will have seven road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And three of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing waits of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that seven closures are due to start this week:

A13, from 10pm November 28 to 5am November 29, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anticlockwise Dartford Tunnel to junction 29, carriageway and slip road closures for CAT 1 carriageway repair, diversion via National Highways and Local authority roads.

M25, from 10pm November 28 to 5.30am December 7, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 29 to junction 30, Lane closures for urgent Concrete Investigation and repair works.

M25, from 10pm December 1 to 5am December 2, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 28 to junction 29, Lane closure for speed/red X enforcement camera maintenance.

M25, from 10.30pm December 4 to 5am December 5, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 30 to junction 31, Lane closure for barrier repair.

A127, from 10pm December 7 to 5.30am December 8, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 29, Roundabout East quadrant and lane closure for road marking, diversion via local authority.

M25, from 10pm December 8 to 5.30am December 9, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 30 to junction 29, exit slip road and lane closures for drainage works, diversion via National Highways.

M25, from 10pm December 8 to 5am December 9, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 27 to junction 28, Lane closures for repair of message sign.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
