Havering's motorists will have five road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And three of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:

A127, from 10pm July 18 to 5.30am August 8, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 29 to junction 30, carriageway and entry slip road closures and Roundabout lane closure for resurfacing works, diversion via Local authority network.

And a further four closures will begin over the next seven days:

A12, from 10pm August 8 to 5am August 13, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 29 to junction 28, Lane closures for scheme works.

M25, from 10pm August 9 to 5am August 10, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 29, entry slip road closure for electrical works, diversion via National Highways roads.

M25, from 10pm August 11 to 5am August 13, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 30 to junction 29, Lane closures for structures inspections.

M25, from 10pm August 17 to 5am August 18, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 28, entry slip road closure for electrical works, diversion via National Highways roads.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
