Teapot Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 43 Market Place, Romford was given the score after assessment on September 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Havering's 503 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 338 (67%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
