New Seasons, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 86 Dagenham Road, Romford was given the score after assessment on July 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Havering's 495 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 326 (66%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
