Supreme Sandwich Bar, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 273 London Road, Romford was given the score after assessment on July 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Havering's 493 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 326 (66%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
