Zero7 Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 7 North Street, Hornchurch was given the score after assessment on September 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Havering's 584 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 396 (68%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
