4 Coffee Lounge, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 4 Moray Way, Romford was given the score after assessment on June 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Havering's 501 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 336 (67%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
