Chef Asia, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Victoria Road, Romford was given the score after assessment on August 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Havering's 500 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 328 (66%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
