New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Havering’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

Yo! To Go! @ Tesco Extra, at 300 Hornchurch Road, Hornchurch was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 28.

And Sisserou Lunch Box, at 107n Mungo Park Road, Rainham was also given a score of five on November 8.

It means that of Havering's 202 takeaways with ratings, 88 (44%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
